Our co-op consists of one, two, three and four bedroom townhouses, which are all very spacious and bright. Many homes feature backyards which are semiprivate, and those without yards have balconies. All homes come with a fridge, stove, and hook-ups for a washer and dryer. Our residences are carpeted throughout. Some three and four bedroom homes also have garages.

All of our homes are kept well maintained and are painted in neutral colours at no cost to the incoming member. Any necessary repairs are also paid for by the co-op with the exception of any replacement or damage caused by the members themselves. Members may paint their homes themselves as long as they leave the home painted in the same neutral colour that was there upon move-in.

The outside green spaces feature our member gardens as well as landscaped berms with large trees, shrubs and well tended lawns. We also have a landscaping committee that maintains several common flower gardens and quiet areas throughout the co-op, which adds to the charm and natural beauty of the community. We have composters at several locations, and have a policy of not permitting chemical fertilizer or insecticide.

The Co-operative maintains excellent property insurance, but we encourage all members to purchase their own contents insurance.
